Leadership
The leadership model employed at Flagstaff Hill R-7 School is one of teamwork with an emphasis on, shared vision, shared planning and shared responsibility.
There is a Principal - Peter Scragg, Deputy Principal - Kym Day, Curriculum Coordinator and an Administration Manager.
The role of the curriculum coordinator is two-fold; with 2 core areas of responsibility being Learning across the curriculum but particularly in the areas of Literacy and Numeracy.
The second major focus is in Early Childhood transition from Kindergarten to Reception and Year 2 to Year 3.
Our Administration Manager, Sonya is in charge of all the day to day issues of running Flagstaff Hill R-7 School as a business including Front Office Operations and Finance.
